Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1462m).
The drive takes about 7-8 hours and passes through beautiful countryside.
Day 2: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2470m).
The trail follows the Langtang Khola (river) and passes through small villages and forests of oak and rhododendron.
Day 3: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Lirung Base Camp (3541m).
The trail becomes steeper as you ascend towards the base camp, passing through small settlements and meadows.
Day 4: Acclimatization day at Langtang Lirung Base Camp.
Take a day to rest and explore the area. You can also make a short hike to Langtang Lirung Glacier or visit the Langtang Lirung peak (7246m).
Day 5: Trek from Langtang Lirung Base Camp to Kyangjin Gompa (3870m).
The trail continues to climb through alpine meadows and passes several small lakes. Kyangjin Gompa is a small village with a monastery, cheese factory, and stunning views of the Langtang Lirung and other peaks.
Day 6: Acclimatization day at Kyangjin Gompa.
Take a day to rest and explore the area. You can visit the Langtang Lirung Glacier, or make a short hike to Tserko Ri (4984m) for panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.
Day 7: Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Gosaikunda (4380m).
The trail descends through forests and passes several small lakes before reaching the holy Gosaikunda lakes.
Day 8: Acclimatization day at Gosaikunda.
Take a day to rest and explore the area. You can visit the Gosaikunda lakes, or make a short hike to one of the nearby peaks for stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Day 9: Trek from Gosaikunda to Tharepati (3640m).
The trail descends through forests and passes several small villages before reaching Tharepati.

Day 10: Trek from Tharepati to Tarkeghyang (2740m).
The trail passes through small villages and beautiful forests, with views of the Helambu valley and surrounding peaks.
Day 11: Trek from Tarkeghyang to Sermathang (2610m).

Day 12: Trek from Sermathang to Malemchigaun (2030m).
